Welcome!
The
Duenke Cabinet Company, in business since 1953, conforms to the
standards and regulations established by the National Kitchen and
Bath Association (NKBA).
Jim Schmidt, the present owner, has been with Duenke
Cabinet Company since 1977, and in the cabinet industry since 1961.
With design, cabinet making, installation, and sales experience, he
is also a Certified Kitchen Designer (CKD). Along with Jim in
the business is his son, Ron. Ron has been full time with
Duenke Cabinet Company since 1990, when he graduated from Kansas
State University with a degree in Architecture. Ron designs and
sells kitchens, bathrooms, and wine cellar projects, as well as
oversees all installations. He also performs all computer
design work for our in-house cabinetry line, Covenant Cabinets.
Also
employed here at Duenke Cabinet is another one of Jim's sons, Keith.
Keith has been full time with Duenke Cabinet Company since
2001. Keith also manages our installation projects and oversees
our customer service. Lastly, we have Melissa Krekeler, who has
a degree in Interior Design and has been in the design field for ten
years. She manages the showroom and assists our
clients in making design selections for their projects. Melissa
also does pricing and perspective drawings for our potential clients.
Our
Company is a dealer and manufacturer for several lines of custom and
stock wood cabinets in many styles and colors. We can coordinate the
job by offering complete installation by our own personnel including
plumbing, electric, lighting, flooring, and appliances.
Alternatively, we can assist you with your layout measurements and
selections for jobs not installed by us. We also have our own
cabinet shop where we make most of our countertops and manufacture
our Covenant Cabinetry line.
In
addition to residential kitchen/bathroom remodeling, our company
designs and installs wine cellars and works with architects,
builders, interior designers, and new home owners. We also do
extensive commercial projects, including schools, churches,
hospitals, and professional offices in the local and outlying areas.
Our
in-store displays are designed for informative, leisurely browsing,
giving our clients the opportunity to discover the availability
of the many possible designs and options. Our design
specialists help in expressing the client’s personal taste through
lay-out, color, and pattern selections, from the initial planning
stage to the finished project. Showroom hours have been
arranged with you in mind…for convenience in shopping to
provide the ultimate personal kitchen, bathroom, wine cellar, or any
room needing an update.
